News: Help Freeport Boy Scout Alex Marck Become
An Eagle Scout, And Benefit Little Cubs Field
A wonderful project that young man Alex Marck is completing. Alex has spent many hours to see his dream come true. He has received nearly $30,000 worth of donations of labor and materials to build a new picnic shelter at Little Cubs Field in Freeport. Another $10,000 is needed to start construction in the spring of 2012.
This is truly an extraordinary project to help Alex achieve his dream of becoming an Eagle Scout.

The new shelter will include bricks that match the bricks used to build Little Cubs Field in 2007.
